Artists, volunteers, and guests always use Show My Stage for free. Organizing is free too. Paid plans are for organizers who need bigger or more shows.

A show is running once it has a pending invite, an open call, or a confirmed date. Drafts never count.
Schools and nonprofits
Schools and nonprofits can pay the Yearly plan by invoice, and get 20% off the Yearly plan and Big Show upgrades.
For venues and vendors
Photos, reviews, inquiries and basic stats. Featured listings are coming to active areas, and a bundle with organizer plans will follow.
Good to know
The Yearly plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. We email you 30 days before it renews.
If your show hasn't happened yet.
Everyone already on your shows stays. You just can't add beyond the free limits.
You can still read it, and you can reopen it once if you need more time.
