Plans and pricing

Show My Stage is free for artists, volunteers, and guests. Organizers can run small shows for free, and paid plans cover bigger shows. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Paid plans are starting soon. Plans, trials and the Plan & billing page described here are not switched on yet, so for now nothing is limited and you won't be charged. We'll email you before that changes.

Free for organizers

Up to 3 running shows. Each show can include up to 10 artists, 30 volunteers, and 100 guests. Chat and email are included, always.

Volunteers and guests count toward a show's size when they say yes, not when you invite them. You can invite more people than the limit; once the show is full, the next person to say yes is turned away and you're told.

A show counts as running once you've sent invites, opened an open call, or confirmed it. Drafts never count. A show stops counting the day after it happens, so the slot opens again.

Yearly plan

For organizers who run shows through the year. Each show can hold up to 50 artists, 80 volunteers, and 300 guests, more shows can be running at once, and AI helpers are included for you and up to 4 teammates. Every year of the plan also includes one Big Show upgrade and 500 texts.

A 14-day trial starts when a show needs it. No card is needed to try it, and the trial comes with a few texts so you can see messaging work. One trial per account, and one per business.

Founding members

Founding members have the Yearly plan's show sizes, running shows and AI helpers for free, for six months from the day paid plans start. Everyone in the group has the same end date, and we email you before it. Founding membership doesn't include the free Big Show upgrade or the text bundle that paid plans get, but you can buy upgrades and texts at the Yearly plan price. When it ends you move to Free unless you choose the Yearly plan, and everyone already on your shows stays.

Settings › Plan & billing shows "Yearly plan · Founding member" and the date it ends.

Big Show upgrade

Raises one show to 100 artists, 100 volunteers, and 1,000 guests, with 1,000 texts for that show. It stays on that show for good, even if your plan ends. If you're on the Yearly plan, you get one included each year and can add more for less.

Extra texts

Text packs are for organizers who want to text volunteers, artists, or guests. Invites can also go by email, which is always included. See Texts and your balance for how texts are counted.

If you go over a limit

Shows that are already running keep running, and nobody already on a show is removed. You just can't add beyond the limits of your plan until some shows finish, or you upgrade. Settings › Plan & billing tells you where you stand.

Paying

You pay on a secure page run by our payment provider, Stripe, so we never see your card. You can pay with a card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Link, or a US bank account. Sales tax is added where it applies, based on your billing address.

Schools and nonprofits

Schools and nonprofits can pay by invoice and get 20% off the Yearly plan and Big Show upgrades. Ask from the contact form.
